Each tea bag contains 2 grams of wild Canadian Chaga, sustainably harvested, processed, and packaged in Canada.
All Chaga is individually inspected before processing.
Tea bag are made out of unbleached natural wood pulp.
Preparation instructions (~30 minutes, makes 1 cup)
Items needed:
- 1 kettle or pot
- 1 cup or teapot
- 1 chaga teabag
- ~250ml of water (about 1 cup)
Instructions:
- Boil Water: Bring a kettle or a pot of water to a boil.
- Add Chaga: Add your chaga tea bag to your cup or teapot.
- Combine: Carefully pour 250ml (about 1 cup) of the boiling water over the chaga tea bag.
- Steep: Let the chaga steep in the hot water for 20 minutes; this allows enough time for the tea to extract the flavors and beneficial compounds from the chaga.
- Enjoy: After steeping, your chaga tea is ready to drink. You can strain out the chaga pieces if desired, or leave them in to intensify the flavor.
