Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do, on order over $125 in Canada.
My order is over $125 why am I being charged for shipping?
Oversized items do not qualify for free shipping.
How long does it take for delivery?
Delivery times vary based on product availability and your location. Generally, orders within Canada are delivered within 1-3 business days. International delivery times differ and will be specified during checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number via email, please use the appropriate courier website to track you order, or use a universal package tracker.
In cases of delivery issues, please contact the courier first, but feel free to contact us as well to resolve any problems with your delivery.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
Should your order arrive damaged, please take several photos of the damage and get in touch with our customer service, we will do our best to find an amicable resolution.
When will my Order ship?
At Kirkfall we understand the importance of punctual shipping, we pledge to get orders shipped out within 24-48 hours of your order.

Return Questions
Do you offer returns?
Yes, we do as long as the item is unused. Oversized items are excluded from being returned.
Does free shipping include returns as well?
Due to the nature of being a small business, we cannot afford free return shipping, but we will gladly offer you to use services of our shipping partner. If you wish to use our shipping partner for your return, please contact us and we will provide you with a shipping quote at the lowest available rate, which can be as cheap as $5*, and generate you a return label.
